Starlight Flight Price Guarantee
We will beat any local FAA 135 helicopter tour company’s standard published tour rates by at least $50 or more. If you can find a DFW based FAA 135 helicopter operator who has a 30 or 60 minute helicopter tour rate less than our own, we will apply a $50 dollar credit when booking one of our published airplane tours.

* Marriage proposal flights: Starlight Flight has seen hundreds of successful marriage proposals above the Dallas skyline. Most people do a 30 minute flight and we can help arrange your special night with prior planning. Flowers in plane, ring in plane prior to arrival, lights on a roof top we have helped plan a bunch! Call us and find out!

* Valentine flights: We only book (30) minute flights for days surrounding and on 2/14 to accommodate so many reservation! Please feel free to bring whatever you like on board to enhance your tour. Book early as we book fast each year!

* Christmas Light Flights: Annual from 12/7 through 1/1 each year. 6 p.m. through 12 a.m. 30 minute flight covering downtown Dallas skyline and Highland Park and several other well lighted north Dallas neighborhoods. 60 minute flight includes all sites seen on 30 minute flight and Arlington attractions of the new stadium, Ranger stadium and Interlochen which is a very popular well lighted neighborhood

Thank you for selecting Starlight Flight. We prefer that all flight bookings/reserved flight dates be paid for in advance with a check or credit card. We can meet to take cash. Full Refunds will be offered if you cancel at least........(48) hours in advance or if the weather is inclement. Flights may be re-scheduled if weather prohibits us from flying or we will offer a full refund for bad weather.

In special circumstances we will book flights without full payment being made upfront. Just explain your request and we will see what we can do! Otherwise much like an airline booking, full payment is due at the time of booking unless we agree to allow you to pay later with special circumstances provided! Aerial Photography & Survey Pricing
Aerial photo, aerial land survey, new construction, horse farm/ranch photo flight rates will need to be discussed and quoted by David Snell since each flight will have custom routing and may require un-published flight times. Initial rates will be closely based to our published 30 minute and 60 minute 3 passenger tour rates.

Rates far below local helicopter tour and other aerial photo survey companies.

Block Time
Multiple aerial needs? Reduced pricing in 5 hour blocks
Why not buy a block of flight time/airplane tour time at a reduced rate if you and your office will have on going aerial needs throughout the year? Just like a time share, blocks of flight time/airplane tour time is available at a reduced rate when purchased in 5 hour blocks.

Once purchased, you or any guest/employee will be able to schedule one of our tours or customize their own flight seeing/survey/photo flight tour with the time you purchased. Pre-purchased block time will be valid for one year from date of purchase. Call 469-767-2645 or email for details.
